My '22 Z51 HTC will be three years old in a few days and I remember watching a Rick Conti video where GM tech Chuck applied dielectric grease to the rubber molding. Watched the video and then used ACDelco Dielectric Silicone Grease part # 10-4064 to perform this simple maintenance. Put on 900 miles over the last few days on a road trip to to Arizona and enjoyed the quiet - no more squeaking & squinching from the molding. Also took the opportunity to reapply to the top 1/2" of the HTC rear window. Here is a link to the video - go to the 6:45 mark.
